Route reduces effort through a seamless claims filing process through an app. Lost, damaged, or stolen items are easily resolved with a few taps, letting you get along with your day. Most issues are typically resolved within 24-36 hours!
If Route insurance is not purchased, you will have to file a claim with USPS which could take up to 2-3 weeks to resolve.

We know sometimes things don't work out and that's completely okay because we have a pretty great return policy.
If you need a different size we recommend purchasing the same item in the correct size and send the unwanted item back as a return to receive a refund.
Due to limited inventory and high demand we DO NOT offer size exchanges in the returns and you will need to purchase the correct size. Returns must be received within 21 days of purchase date to be eligible for a STORE CREDIT.
The item must be new, unaltered, tags intact, and unused condition (no signs of wear, damage, makeup marks). If an item is received after the 21 day policy or we find signs of wear/damage the package will be returned to you and NO store credit will be issued. All items MUST have tags still attached and shoes must be in original packaging.
You (the customers) are responsible for paying for the shipping costs/return label to return your item back to TROIKA.
