RETURN POLICY:
Returns must be received within 21 days of purchase date to be eligible for store credit. Please ensure your package will arrive in time to TROIKA. TROIKA does not offer refunds of any kind, ONLY STORE CREDIT. 

RETURN CRITERIA: 
The item must be new, unaltered, tags intact, and unused condition (no signs of wear, damage, makeup marks). If an item is received after the 21 day policy or we find signs of wear/damage the package will be returned to you and NO STORE CREDIT will be issued. All items MUST have tags still attached and shoes must be in original packaging.

RETURN PROCESS: 
Once your return(s) is submitted through our returns portal here, it will be in review.  After your return is approved by TROIKA, you will receive a follow-up email with the return instructions and shipping address. Please make sure your return(s) includes your NAME and ORDER NUMBER when it is sent back to TROIKA.

RETURN SHIPPING COST:
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping cost to return your item(s) back to TROIKA. TROIKA does not pay for return shipping or handling costs. We strongly recommend that you send your return(s) back with a tracking number. We are not responsible for any return packages lost in transit.

STORE CREDIT:
Once we receive your return back at TROIKA, it will be processed for store credit within 3-5 business days. After your return is processed, you will receive an email with your store credit information. Store credit does not have an expiry date.

Lost Shipment? Damaged Shipment? Stolen Shipment?

ROUTE reduces effort through a seamless claims filing process through an app. Lost, damaged, or stolen items are easily resolved with a few taps, letting you get along with your day. Most issues are typically resolved within 24-36 hours!

If Route insurance is not purchased at checkout, you will have to file a claim with USPS which could take up to 2-3 weeks to resolve.

TROIKA is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once your tracking information indicates "Delivered”, TROIKA is not responsible for stolen or missing items. - This is where Route kicks in and you file a claim and is seamless and easy as 1-2-3.   

If you do not purchase Route you, the customer, is responsible to contact your local post office with questions regarding a lost or stolen package to file a claim immediately.
